About Us | Mission Statement | Executive Team
The company's mission statement can be summed up with the concept of C.O.R.E (Customer Satisfaction, Operational Efficiency, Responsibility to our investors, and Employee Development.
Customer Satisfaction
Our number one principle. The concept of "the first to get it right" is deeply embedded in the heart of the company and we want to bring back the feel of honest American business. We want our customers to feel like they are part of a family that cares and will not rest until complete satisfaction is delivered.
Operational Efficiency
This is key to the success of any business. The principle of planning the work and working the plan must consume our daily business practice. Primus will constantly conduct periodic reviews of our business model and seek ways to improve the effectiveness of our services. This is to be achieved by developing "Shock Teams" that will report to senior level management on findings that will help improve the company’s proficiency.
Responsibility to our investors
Our investors will see a lucrative return on their dollars, and will have opportunity for future growth and prosperity with our company. This core principle is important to the life line of the company and we realize that it is our responsibility to minimize risk and deliver the greatest possible return on investments.
Employee Development
Our employees are not employees at all. They are family! The goal of Primus Online has been to change the way people feel about going to work. To create an environment that is warm, comfortable, and delivers self fulfillment at the end of day. If our employees aren't satisfied there is no possible way our customers can be. If our employees don't feel like family, there is no way our customers will feel like family. For this reason we will strive to provide "our family" with exceptional support and training coupled with real advancement opportunities. Each member is to consider the company their own and the thoughts, advice and suggestions of our family hold great value to senior level management and the company founders.
